Overview

Four Mile Creek Health ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our staff members who receive SMS notifications from our internal scheduling system. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect mobile phone numbers used for on-call shift notifications.

Information We Collect

We collect the personal cell phone numbers of Four Mile Creek Health employees solely for the purpose of delivering automated on-call shift reminder notifications. Phone numbers are collected directly from employees by the clinic administrator during employment onboarding.

How We Use Your Number

Your cell phone number is used exclusively to send automated SMS notifications informing you when your on-call monitoring period begins. Messages are sent once per scheduled on-call day at 4:30 PM Mountain Time. No marketing messages, promotional content, or third-party communications will be sent to your number.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose employee mobile phone numbers to any third party, affiliate, or partner for marketing or any other purpose. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

Employee phone numbers are stored locally within Four Mile Creek Health's internal scheduling system and are accessible only to clinic administrators. Numbers are not stored on external servers or shared cloud platforms beyond what is necessary to deliver SMS messages through our messaging provider.

Opt-Out

Employees may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Upon receipt of a STOP message, no further SMS notifications will be sent. To re-enroll, contact the clinic administrator directly.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact the clinic administrator directly at the clinic's main phone number.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your on-call schedule — typically one message per scheduled on-call day.
