Hi, I’m Dr. Fabiana Fernandez, and I’m thrilled to be joining Four Mile Creek Health alongside Dr. Landrey Fagan.

I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and have always been as passionate about medicine and the human stories behind it. I see medicine as both an art and a science - built on trust, empathy, and curiosity.

 

Before moving to the United States in 2019, I completed a fellowship in endocrinology and worked as both a hospitalist and outpatient physician in Brazil. During that time I often met patients at their most vulnerable - facing illness when prevention and early diagnosis were no longer possible. Those experiences deepened my passion for preventive care and for empowering people to take charge of their health before problems arise.

 

I partner with my patients to help them stay healthy,  build resilience, and prevent illness. My goal is to give each person the knowledge and tools to live fully and face future health challenges with confidence.

 

Outside the clinic, I love spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog and cat. As a family we enjoy biking, hiking, and cooking together.
